Our Delivery Staff: Our delivery service representatives are trained and experienced in all facets of the drycleaning industry. They are extremely reliable and professional. Every route has a designated driver. With your welcome kit, we will introduce all of our staff so that whatever your question, you will know exactly who to contact.
Inclement Weather Schedule: Our main objective is to always attempt to make deliveries as long as weather conditions are safe for our drivers. Generally, if a major snowstorm occurs during the evening hours into the morning and most schools are cancelled, most likely our drivers will be unable to attempt their routes. However, if the roads are cleared early enough they will. If the roads aren’t cleared until later in the day, it may be difficult to start a route that generally takes about 8 hours to complete. If you have any doubt at all or are in dire need of your drycleaning, just call our customer service department at (973) 546-1105 or (800) 779-1105.
Refer a Friend: Just refer a friend to our VIP Service and earn $20.00 in cleaning cash. Just ask the person you are referring to fill-out a VIP application form and have them fill-in your name where it asks “referred by.” We will then send you a $20.00 voucher when your friend starts the service. It’s that simple!
